Waiting Time: All bookings will have a 5 minute grace period after the pickup time before waiting time is charged. $30/hr in Brooklyn, $35/hr in NYC.

No Shows: A $20 minimum will be charged for any no show within 30 minutes. Full fare will be charged for Out-of-Town pickups. Airport No Shows will be based on waiting time plus any Meet & Greet Serive, tolls and parking whenever applicable.

Special Request Vehicles: A minimum $10.00 surchage will be applied for all special requests of a vehicle. This includes Minivans, SUV's, Hybrid Vehicles or any other special request. Minivans and SUV's may apply a fuel surcharge.

Cash Payments: A $5 instant discount is applied when paying with cash.

Child Seats: Child and baby seats are available for both infants and toddlers as well as booster seats. $5/seat.

Out-of-Town Pickup Surcharge:A $10 Out-of-Town Surcharge will be applied to any pickup that is outside the 5 Boroughs.

Airport Transportion Surcharges: An additional $5 will be applied for all trips above 120th st in Manhattan. A $5-$10 surcharge will be applied during AM and PM rush hour traffic. Airport Pickups: A 30 minute grace period will be provided to the passenger after the posted arrival time before waiting time can be applied.

Meet & Greet: Have the driver wait inside the airport terminal to meet & greet you for an additional $15 plus any parking fee. The driver will wait for you inside the arriving terminal near the baggage claim holding a sign with your name written on it.

Airport Pickup Procedure:
Our driver and/or dispatcher will track and monitor your flight. Don't worry if your flight is delayed or earlier then schedule, we will make sure to have the driver in the airport grounds at an adequate time.

To avoid or minimize any waiting time fees, we will provide you with a grace period from the time the plane officially lands. We provide a 30 minute grace period for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. This is usually more then enough time to cover, however if it does exceed this time, the driver can charge any additional waiting time fee(see our waiting time rates above).

Our driver or dispatcher will try to contact the passenger upon flight arrival if a mobile phone was provided. If it was not provided, then the passenger should call us at our toll free number 1-866-499-7177 from any public phone. We will advise the passenger where to meet the car. If you cannot call us, just walk outside to the exit and walk towards the passenger pickup area. Our driver will have a white window sign with blue letters.
The sign should have your name written on it if you provided your name.

If you have selected the "Meet & Greet" service, the driver will meet you inside the airport terminal near the exit if not, the driver will meet you outside the terminal by the Passenger Pickup Area at the curb. We recommend you to call us at our toll free number as well. The airport can get very crowded and finding your driver can become difficult.

Regardless of the airport service you selected, our dispatchers and drivers will monitor your flight status. The driver will be waiting near the arriving terminal avoiding as much waiting time as possible.
